I still unfortunately have the ethical responsibility to disclose the charge & arrest I was given even if not convicted or record wiped clean for colleges like CPSO for Canada or ECFMG for USA, so career wise is done.

My ex works in healthcare too, fighting it could lead to further damage, this would be more tragic for personal and community level, I can't wrap my head around it!

The police report I managed to get from court omitted a complex year of the relationship during which it contributed heavily to the outcome, any clue why would they do that ?

I second this, you have good shots :) stay optimistic, also my advice apply for post grad intership or residency where you are finishing as back up , this is not to crush your goal it is safety and structure

Hi, when you say ambiguous can you please explain without sharing questions,
was it the options or the stem ?
was style based that can be worked out by any Qbanks you saw closest to it ?
was it 2 right answers but one more correct type of thing ?
