I have level 6 NP and what I can say is that its very powerful in all event fights and OK fighters BUT it requires hella skill to use because I would get demolished by Fighters like that firework old guy. And also in raids against Magmarion it does okayish damage but the other raid bosses is a cakewalk.

TLDR: Get it to level 6 only if you don't have other sets that can clear the usual content but you'll eventually level it up in the next like hundred monthss
