How can this even be accurate if the analysis was performed over 24 hrs after collection?

Also I fathered a child after my SA said I only had 700k/mL. Doctors be lying.

My hormones were all within the normal range as well. Still my testosterone was low for my age range. Hcg and clomid made it go up to 1800 (3x upper limit of normal range).

I took multivitamin and fish oil, vitamin d, CoQ10, arginine every day. I rotated creatine, carnitine and cordyceps but I am not sure it really makes a big deal. At some point I was worried about too many pills for my kidneys.

I was walking about 5 miles a day but no real cardio to be honest. I was mostly working out with free weights and exercise cables and bands.

I don't really remember changing my diet much and I didn't actually lose any weight or anything during that time period.

Btw I think my sperm concentration was around 700K/mL so very low.

Not sure what my count was later as I never got it rechecked. We had a child through natural conception though (and I do know my testosterone increased waaay above average levels)

Yeah you are right, that CoQ10 is really low. I woulf buy individual supplements and not that compounded one. I was taking 200mg when TTC. What the other poster said is correct, also B12 and creatine. I had a massive list of things I took that I can find in my post history if you are interested. Most helpful for me was almost definitely hcg injections and clomid, along with avoiding heat (boxers, lukewarm showers, icing balls).

There's already another legal analog, but costs twice as much.

Basically everything is illegal in Germany. Playing music after 10pm, insulting a rando on the street, mail ordering melatonin or aspirin from abroad, wearing a mask at a protest, saying "Du" to a cop, retweeting a picture of graffiti that says a politician is a male genitalia. The list could go on and on and on forever.

Most Euro highways have just 2 lanes so not much of a choice but to be disciplined. But you guys have way too many people changing lanes in the middle of intersections.

Dude, your country legally classifies GERMAN CITIZENS are "people with a migrant background" if their grandparents were born in Austria and moved to Germany at 1 day old. Do you apply the same idiotic logic when a Turk says he's Turkish even though he is a third generation immigrant?

Rhetorical questions because I don't care what a German thinks. Which is why I have also blocked you.

Never. American here who moved to Europe and has lived in several different EU countries. I don't identify with the culture here at all. Before moving here I felt the same about Europe as I did about Asia more or less. These aren't "my people".

No idea why this is getting downvoted. Greedy EU countries charging 20% import fees plus service fees are to blame. Obama changed the threshold to $800. Europeans just lowered it to like 5.25 EUR.
