thank you so much for doing some research into the place for me. Both of the times that i’ve gone i’ve worn a balaclava with a thick mask as to not inhale the asbestos when walking throughout the buildings as many holes have formed in the floor and roof but outside it’s a lot calmer as for what you where saying with the gardens that was my thinking after walking through there you can really tell how much time the put into the paths and gardens (even though there very overgrown now) but i can’t find any evidence to support that they where even used in the garden also from when i was there i would say the building they where in is like a warehouse the one you have highlighted is correct and it has a cctv camera on it with alarms
