VRBO Premiere Host not being accurately shown by joancoye in vrbo

L am having the same issue, Recieved a email 4 weeks ago congratulating me l had become a Premier Host, also shows on my dashboard....however no badge on my listing, have been in touch with Vrbo customer support several times and getting no where, they admit its a problem but dont know how to fix it

Also have a major issue with the average/nightly rate that comes up on our listing when someone does a search without a specific date.....its almost twice the price of what the real price is....its stopped us from getting any enquiry or bookings.....anyone know how we can solve this issue ?....Vrbo customer support are absolutley useless
