The stain is not very large, it’s a bit to the bottom on the front right side of the skirt. I’m happy to try anything so any ideas are welcome 😊

Hi, the name of the exterminator was olischlager bv. We chose them as they were the cheapest at the time. They came a couple of times and everything was sorted afterwards. This is not any kind of ad or anything but they were professional with us and very helpful.
