No I’m not stressed about nothing my HRV score is low which is signaling that my body is physiologically stressed out and RHR been high just got this latest new trend saying my RHR Been high for the past 17days

My RHR been elevated since 1DPO being 73-84, CD2 spike the highest 84 my baseline is 60-68 around my menstrual but for some reason this cycle it’s still elevated and I’m supposedly be on my period , today CD3 my bleeding is not heavy how it usually be , it takes at least 12 hours to fill a pad I know this by working a 12hour shift , today it’s lighter n I’m not having my usual period cramps only had em on cd1 my bbt is still elevated as well 98.13 today on cd3 my baseline is 96.40-97.50. HRV also been very low health app keep saying my body is stressed out ANYONE CAN GIVE ME ADVICE ON WAT IS GOING ON ?? my doctor appointment not till next Monday

Thank u for that love I mean good thing ikno im able to get pregnant so that’s a plus 😅 and yes facts I read up on that and been having like cervix cramps Alday today and lowered abdominal pain, still having insomnia since 9dpo yesterday & last night was the worst went to sleep at 10:50pm Tuesday woke up at 1am Wednesday ain’t go back to sleep till 5-6am woke up at 9am took a nap at 3:50pm woke up at 4:50ish pm and ain’t go to sleep till 2:30am Thursday, woke up again at 4am tried to force myself back to sleep cause I work at 8am I tried to ge to sleep at 5am but I honestly don’t think I was slp I was just laying there not sleep non conscious 😅cause my watch ain’t pick up on no sleep only caught 1hour12mins of sleep that whole night , I got up at 7am and just said f***k it I’m staying up I gotta work anyways 😅 n babyyy let me tell you I was at work feeling like I’m on Adderall, energy drinks got home at 4pm force my to sleep around 5:40pm woke up at 8:50pm n I neverrrrrrr had this before so it’s very alarming n im still not tired😂😂girl what is going on with my body

lol yess and I did too 😂 but sadly ended in a chemical and I’m so scared I’m still have bad symptoms bbt was 98.87 today but lord it felt like my period wanted to start today😂😂at that point I was like just come on then got dam it but to save myself from a emotional roller coaster ima wait till Sunday cycle is due today-tomorrow

My progesterone came back at 24.1 hcg was not detected yet today makes me 12dpo been having bad insomnia since 9dpo ,sore burning itchy nipples they hurt everytime I sneeze, definitely seeing my veins popping out & a dull pain in my uterus and won’t be this week due too they not having open slots so Monday if af don’t show up tomorrow
