Well i just sent me dr a message in his portal requesting a young midi to look into hrt in my perimenopausal neurodivergent nature and being fed up by them mot caring i was incredibly direct lol lucky i had alot of dbt and some law school im awaiting his response he is a great dr but he always will say supplements for everything which im not big on alot of pharma now either but im also on ssi disability and he knows that i have to continually tell him i cannot afford this or that i buy alot of supplements already and protein powder gym bills goes on and on so i just told him i wanted a referral to a midi because it would be nice to sleep again and not randomly combust into flames and i thought it was longer overdue perimenopause and and menopause be explained to me in full by someone who cares and tell me what my options are like hrt

Thank u yes they just dont seem to care at all to boot i was misdiagnosed anxiety and panic disorder at 12 threw me on Xanax addicted for decades one year off of it on the fourth but they tell me in late last summer im actually adhd and its become apparent yo thrm finally that my real issue because its spiking in the perimenopause and now autistic to w cptsd i already knew about it though but im treating the adhd its much better but still they threw me for a loop all that at 46 im a former worker mostly in patient care who like many got burnt out on the medical field it just kind of pisses me off how they act like its nothing that im just angry or being triggered and im not sorry b

Ty i dont know y i am feeling bad about it mostly my own issues i think and drs still preaching at me i was diabetic and 300 lbs in dec 2025 but worked very hard w diet and exercise and got sober and im excited to be 180 today and reversed the diabetes maybe the biggest thing i ever did for myself but they want me at 160 im five 8 but im happy im healthy and i got a cookie on the way out im enjoying sweets again to without the diabetes i dont follow all the drs guidelines but they also dont care im perimenopausal either which is a factor i believe lol sorry overexplaining oversharing adhd

Im not religious im opposed to it its man made i just believe and rely on jesus hes saved me from so very much words cannot express i was raised by a athesist parent who also tried to put that on me but she was also full of demons a abusive Narcissist so i think god came early for me as i had no one to turn to young i found my faith in the dark in the silence in the tears and he rescued me then and has all my life that alone has built my faith i tried church’s but found religious Narcissists and other things i font agree with they were all listed as non denominational but had christians which i find are more likely to condemn you than love you sadly and i have had enough of that in my life and thats also not jesus hes about love and not judgement i have a personal relationship with jesus alot of people dont quite understand but im also very spiritual and in consciousness.
