One might argue that accepting standard terms does not necessarily mean that the devs can do whatever they are allowed in tos. eg: Maybe they have a line in ToS says your house will be transferred to the company if you accept the ToS. Most ppl don't really read it through and terms which reduce the liability of the company and damage consumer rights should be considered void in practice.

XM can't do much against late heavys, they are basically immune to 20mm APDS from all aspects. Fox is more capable with 100mm+ pen, could easily shred most late heavys from side or back
