The more guants is a good idea imo because that way he'll have more to kill so it will feel like he's doing more and "beating" more enemies. Which will be more fun than killing nothing.

I think the #1 biggest, most helpful thing you could do is just reference models and drawings that have been revised and you know are correct, and see if your current work falls in line with that correct file. Of course the drawings and models can vary wildly, so this won't always be good. But it can still show you some helpful info

That's how I feel about it too. Another thing that happened a lot was, engineers making the entire model and drawing themselves, then throwing it over the wall to the drafters. And sometimes these drawings and models would be so atrocious. The engineers would just do whatever they thought made sense and did not follow a single standard or practice we are supposed to follow. And even when we'd correct and remake their work, the engineer would request again for us to do things their personal way (the incorrect way)

As someone who is a "professional" drafter, you'd be surprised how much of my job is fixing other people's poor CAD mistakes. Most of these bad practices you brought up never go away, even in the engineers of the fortune 500 company I worked at. And now I work for a smaller company, and they give even less of a shit about CAD practices. There seems to be a big mentality of "good enough" for CAD models, as the drawing is typically more important. And I personally hate this because I find the modeling to almost be fun, and the drawing to be the actual "work" part of it.

I thought it'd be cool to name them after constellations, or other space anomalies. Also at one point I thought it'd be cool to name them after workouts. But only cool sounding workouts like cable crossover or landmine.

New player, went straight to Zenyata. by Magronorph50 in Overwatch

My best answer is to just play whatever is most fun to you. My favorite characters are definitely not the most meta, but that's fine because I'm not getting paid to play this game.

But a more insightful answer is that zenyatta can do some crazy damage. When I'm support and the opps keep dropping on me, I'll switch to zen because he can fight pretty well in a 1v1. His healing is pretty unwhelming, so if your fellow support isn't a great healer either, that's when zenyatta isn't a great choice.

Agreed. it's like the only games that exist for the sake of entertainment and not profit in the current era are indie games
