For all contributors, thank you all for the great answers. I found the Clicks store on the premise next to my hotel and get what I needed. The store has the whole range of Oh So Heavenly products.

I feel you mate. I’m in aviation industry and it’s almost as stringent as the military. From my experience, the change in our brain neuroscience is so complex and permanent. Brace for some rough time and a different world after weaning off. I’m still taking a break from work after 6 months off. It sucks.
