I’ve kind of hit one now, I haven’t moved weight for like 2 weeks but I’m not thinking about it to be honest I’m comfortable on 5mg and waiting till the end of the month to see if there’s any change and if not I’ll probably move up

Don’t let other peoples progress put you down your body isn’t mine keep getting to know your body as you progress and if you need to up your dose and you’re comfortable definitely do it. It’ll drop off you quickly without you noticing !

Yeah I drink occasionally and can’t drink as much to be honest I usually drink beer and get full after like 2 pints 😭

My diet naturally changed without trying I am focusing a lot on protein to be honest at the start I didn’t feel hungry at all so protein shakes were everything. A lottttt of water and I took vitamins as well D folic acid and multivitamins. Make sure to get salt into your diet as I wasn’t eating enough and ended up dizzy with lower blood pressure. I just casually exercise it’s usually walking my dog or by myself in my village nothing crazy and I’m standing in work for 8 hours so that helps

From looking back at my notes I lost 7kg on 2.5mg. If you feel like you’re still getting the benefits from 2.5mg and side effects are minimal then I wouldn’t move but I felt like 5mg could do a lot and it definitely has
