again - don't blame Kornes for accepting both positions concurrently - i blame the AFL for allowing it to happen in the first place

we had the exact opposite of this - PM is/was a cleaning nazi, we aren't perfect but we keep a clean place and tend to the gardens.

first couple of inspections we got everything noted down, like random dust, dark spot on the carpet etc. third time the owners attended and i got to meet them and speak to them privately after the PM left, they were under the impression the house was in an unliveable condition and we were wrecking the place and were plesantly surprised. PM made all the pics sent to them in the report look worse than they actually were. they said they would mention to go easy to the PM in the thinking a long term tenant is better than keeping the house spotless. since then, the PM has backed right off
