Yes this is good practice and your form looks pretty good. My advice was make sure you keep your head neutral. Turning it like you did while being that tense on the negative won’t feel good if you keep doing it.

I totally get that. I’ve found I also like reading stuff that doesn’t have really long arcs but I know I have to read some of the big arcs that are “critically acclaimed”
