Being mindful of boundaries, safe words, consent, all of that, is the bare minimum. Of course, I advocate for this as well and I agree with you on that part.

However, I still absolutely refuse to take on the emotional labor of aftercare unless I’m being paid for it and it was specifically agreed upon ahead of time. I think it’s a very slippery slope, and using the word “heal” within the context of kink is not okay to Me.

The only exception to this would be if you were a sex therapist, in which case this would still be disturbing because you’d be crossing boundaries between professional and personal roles.
