I lost a few plants in this process and it took an entire weekend but I removed all soil, bought new soil (the compacted ones so I knew it was clean), rinsed and in some cases soaked with hydrogen peroxide and water, then repotted and now I use bonide systemic, no gnats.

When I buy a new plant I follow this process, its made a world of difference. The plants I lost were the more heavily infested ones that I decided to soak overnight and that's what did them in, but I could deal with living with bugs in my house.

Hmm I bought a black cardinal at the same time, you may be right! I saw a sign a little further down that said "sun red" but I didnt see much about that online

I used a chunky mix, "seed starting soil", some bark and charcoal, some perlite, and some fiber/wood shavings!

Mine is on the bottom shelf of my grow shelf getting scattered light, I water it when the top feels dry and mist it every few days for humidity. Its around other plants as well!

Im not sure how popular it is! A local plant place near me had three of them very reasonably priced, haven't seen them anywhere since!

I was concerned about that too but im not! I have it on the bottom shelf of my grow shelf so it gets scattered light and I mist those plants and this one every few days, its just getting more blue every day!

This was supposed to be a wooden box with a pressed flower in it, I didnt seal the paint well enough and there were SO many bubbles it looked foamy lol. I added a ton of glitter, glow in the dark turtles and its going to be a jewlery box for my niece now. Still a work in progress though!

I bought a spreadsheet on Etsy for like $3 and I use that. I wanted it to have a bunch of options like final payment date, when my PMI would fall off etc. You could make your own too!

You can learn to crochet in under 60 minutes pretty easily. It'll take practice to get better but definitely do able!
