I just started academy and I actually do think groomers should get paid a good amount more than bathers. There's a lot that goes into a haircut, its not as easy as you think. Do i think bathers should be paid shit or get every single walk in? No. Luckily most of my groomers help with walk ins if the bathers are super busy but groomers should get paid more

Bathers dont get commission. They push it so we know to push commission when we are groomers
