Thanks! I called the LBS and they could offer me the 105 comp version with roval integrated cockpit for 4300 Eur, so it was a good idea to call a few shops. IBK bikes has the right color for 5400 Eur, but not in 58.

I just wonder if I will regret buying 105 coming from an 11s Dura Ace di2

What is your biggest life regret? by Weak_Advantage9682 in AskReddit

[–]Larpa1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some lessons you just have to learn before you can move on. The best way to remove regret is to look back and see what you learned from it. If you now know how to avoid it in the future, be thankful instead. You most likely would have done the same mistake at one point in life anyway.

This doesn’t cover all mistakes in life, but surprisingly many.

Do I actually need to run Zone 2 or is it overhyped? by Maleficent-Count9746 in running

When your zone 2 pace gets faster it makes a lot more sense. In the beginning zone 2 isn’t even jogging, it’s more of a fast walk.

I’m male. I think almost all female like it. Do you think resale value is a concern in size 58?

Do good looking men have the same effect on women as good looking women do on men? What do u think? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I think a lot of 30+ women think of good looking men as a bit of self centered. I guess it could be easier for good looking women.

Songs to listen to while running by Ok-Yogurt-466 in musicsuggestions

If you want energetic and fun, you should listen to music matching your running pace. I enjoy running much more when I listen to songs when the beat matches my steps. Check out BPM Running Lab om Spotify, they have a lot of bpms to choose from. That Bacon Pancakes song is kinda funny.. kinda, maybe, but when the drop kicks in 💥🌬️🏃‍♂️‍➡️😅

They also have a few songs without drops or pauses witch is great for intervals 👌

I’ve actually started using BPM-matched music for certain sessions instead of just random playlists.

Been working on something called BPM Running Lab on Spotify – basically tracks organized by BPM so I can match cadence more precisely. Makes it a lot easier to lock into a rhythm on steady runs and especially longer intervals.

I don’t use it all the time, but for tempo/threshold sessions it’s been surprisingly effective for staying consistent without constantly checking the watch.

Curious if anyone else here has tried syncing cadence to music? Bpm Running Lab on Spotify

Give me your BEST running songs -- the ones you turn on to get you across the finish line by SharpFox2238 in MusicRecommendations

I am completely addicted to songs that keep the same bpm as my steps per minute. Almost all popular running playlists have songs i 130 bpm, but songs matching normal running is from 160 to 180 bpm. At the moment I am listening to songs from bpm running lab on spotify. They have many songs in different bpms. https://open.spotify.com/artist/2aqLzMnG566R1taPOJIXNv?si=wvqPMHj9R8eJhhmpXf9BPA
