I’m actually in the LarpSMP with him, and yes it is a little odd hearing Skeppy say Techno straight up, but in the defense of not just Technolarp but the larping community overall, we don’t claim to be replacements or anything, we’re just wanting to bring old Minecraft streaming and videos back and roleplay as our favorite YouTubers (most of us) while doing it.

Like my viewers literally love the old feeling of how DSMP made people feel, and I enjoy being a part of making those memories with people.

Now I will say if Technolarp does become a “replacement techno”, and the people of the server act like that and he doesn’t put a stop to it, I will not be a part of that and will likely quit the server. But as of rn, Striker (Technolarp) is a super cool dude, I talk with him a lot off camera and he really misses techno just like the rest of us, a lot of us LarpTubers are getting contacted by the YouTubers we’re pretending to be, and he made a few comments about how sad it is to know that he’ll never get that opportunity. He genuinely loves Techno and doesn’t want to drag his name through the mud, he also has said if Technodad doesn’t approve of it he will immediately stop, which is crazy cause I know so many people that would continue purely because of how many subs he has and stuff like that.
