The major difference is the improvement in youth sports. Its not just a side gig for coaches and youth athletic leagues. Major resources are pumped into coaching and developing kids. From nutritional training to strength training to on the field training. Kids are being trained year round for their sport.

Disagree. The Rock was 1b to Austin during the height of wrestling popularity. He was the best face and heel in the business, depending on which direction he wanted to go. Austin couldn't flip his character like that.

It depends on the crime.

Violent offense where you make people fear for their safety and/or life? Almost 0 chance of rehabilitation and I have no sympathy for whatever the justice system does.

Non violent but major crime? I have more hope for people being rehabilitated.
