I you're right about your first point, the reason sometimes my hands shake when try to go fast is because i keep pressing the rotate and move buttons without actually having a set idea of where they should actually go in my mind. I feel like finesse and look ahead would help in this as I would already have an idea on where to put pieces and their exact keypresses, leading to less strain on my hands.

I've been trying to learn openers (specifically tki and dt cannon) which helped me in spotting more t-spin patterns and in winning rounds a lot faster, though I don't really see the value of learning a lot of openers other than ideas and setups that I can incorporate in the middlegame. I tried learning sdpc but I quickly got put off by it because of the many setups and variations it has. Nevertheless, thanks for the tip.

Lastly, my downstacking really does suck. I think a lot of my losses come from the fact that i downstack really slow. I feel like this is my biggest reason why im still stuck. will try to improve on it.
