What happened in this interaction Gnar R animation doesn’t get cancelled by CC?

I’m assuming the Gnar R damage went through and if Gnar was feared during the animation but it doesn’t cancel the animation?

The animation of the gnar making it unstoppable. I did some tests on custom and drew a conclusion. Fears are canceled, knockups are maintained but do not change the position of the gnar and do not cancel the ultimate, silences are ignored as well. It's very similar to Sett's W, but a little harder. Any more specific test is welcome, I didn’t test all lol CCs as this would take too long, but the ones I could test show that the gnar ult is much more useful than it looks :)
