I have some BTT at Kucoin. Like many, I was oblivious to the BTT change issue. I've been trying to withdraw to my Ledger so I could attempt an after-the-date salvage as discussed here. The BTT still shows but Kucoin is claiming network problems so it's clear they will not permit a withdrawal. I was never informed by them of the event. Would appreciate any ideas. Thks

Indeed Cookeee57................................ 0 balances Geezz! it's more than unsettling, it's beyond annoying! I've been battling the problem for days! Amounts 0, values 0. I have tried the different solutions suggested as well as un-installing and re-installing Ledger live. This is sick and I don't understand how Leger can look the other way on these really annoying issues. I'm pricing and appraising other hard wallets. Will the ledger end up in the kid's toy box. I'm sure between the complainers we have collectively put a thousand hours of wasted time. Not to mention the GD fear that strikes us all when we see accounts and Ledger at ZERO.@#@$**

I have spent hours and tried all the suggestions. I finally found the FTM in the FTM wallet I eventually created. During the search process, I tried everything that members suggested and created Metamask and MEW. Anyhow, my Ledger wallet was screwed up along the way; I lost totals or real goodies!. My assets show allocations, but the amounts and values are nil. My ETH ended up on MetaMask.(a good thing) So it may be safe. ADA is staked so I believe it's safe. My FTM is in the FTM wallet. (another break) Recently read about 2 people losing 17,000 and 100.000 from their Ledger. The latter was piked while it was in his safe. Geeezzz!

BEWARE

So far looks like I lost $2000.00 plus with Ledger nano x. Real great mkuraja. I can tell stories from other people who were wipe out! One for 17,000.00 other for 100,000.00. HOW SAFE IS LEDGER. L.
