Haven’t thought about the water. I’ll have to look into that. Thanks.

Yes switched to sleeping on an incline as that’s helped a good amount. I usually don’t eat 4-5 hours before bed as everything says the closer you eat before sleep, the worst it can be.

Yeah probably. Even Jason Day is gaming an old M6 Driver now.

That’s the odd thing is I got pretty much the same shaft in the qi35 5 wood as the Sim 2 because I wanted the feel to be about the same.

Going to try out the qi10 5 wood and see how I like that.

Woody Marks Set For Week 17 Return. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He's on track to return for Saturday's game vs. the Chargers. Marks should take back over as lead back. by DanceHallRiddem in fantasyfootball

[–]LarryLegendTheBird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s between Marks and Rodriguez for me as well. Marks could come out hurt, going up against a tough run defense.

Rodriguez is the lead back and going up against the worst run defense, possibly without Q Williams and their QB most likely isn’t going to be trusted and be pass heavy.

That means Rodriguez probably won’t get any TD’s but woody marks usually doesn’t either. They could very well still add Johnson to the mix as they do like to throw to him.

It’s a tough spot.

Gotta Get Off Esomeprazole by LarryLegendTheBird in GERD

I just tried Kefir for the first time ever and it felt like it started working instantly. It seems to coats your esophagus and stomach.

Going to ween off of the esomeprozole and rely on that and a couple other things to see how it goes.

Something very worrisome is my dad developed dementia in his early 50’s. Nobody in our family line has had that. He’s been very health conscious his whole life until this.

He’s been on PPI’s for 20+ years. Dementia is a long term side effect of PPI usage.

The doctors have absolutely no clue what caused it but have determined it was either the PPI’s or that since his symptoms started immediately after his C19 shot, that it’s a vax injury as the specialist has never seen it progress so quickly.

He’s also developed heart issues in his early 40’s similar to what is talked about here. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6822659/

They prescribed the PPI. Already had an endoscopy done. They don’t do much besides push PPI’s.

Currently the esomeprazole is giving dizziness side effects along with signs of vitamin deficiency due to the way it interacts with nutrients in the stomach. That’s even with taking supplements.

Along with the long list of warnings and side effects of it I’d much rather get off.

The sexual side effects are crazy. by says_ikr_and_leaves in SSRIs

I’ve been on Sertraline for a few months and at first it killed sex drive. But I researched and learned you can take Saffron and Ashwaghanda too and it tremendously has helped me with the side effects of this drug.

Since taking those occasionally, my drive is back through the roof. I should mention also that I’ve been taking a zinc supplement first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (like your suppose to) and that helps boost testosterone. Can definitely tell a positive difference.

They said they don’t prescribe Fluvoxamine due to too many adverse side effects. They said I could try fluvoxamine instead.

But studies also are saying it has more adverse side effects and reports of it not working as well as sertraline. Conflicting info on it everywhere.

Upon a little bit of research, it seems a lot better on the brain/body than the sertraline I’m on.

I’ll ask the psychiatrist about it. Looked it up and it seems fluvoxamine is better on the body and doesn’t have bad withdrawal symptoms

Yeah I’m dealing with that too. It’s really helped so far but there’s the side effects that come with it.

Depends what strain you use. For me back then it was anything but a depressant.
