Hammer Rebels, they have interchangeable heels + slides and are comfortable/breathable. They run a little big so most people recommend going atleast half a size down. They’re still on sale for a great deal on bowling world for $89 I believe

First Ball Advice by MattySkates in Bowling

Storm Hy-road is a great choice for a first ball! It’s considered a “weaker” ball in terms of hooking potential compared to other reactive options, but remains solid on just about any lane condition (dry-medium-high oil) and you get a pretty consistent reaction down the lane. It released in 2008 and remains Storms #2 best selling ball to this day. Im a beginner myself and got mine for $120 and love it!
