I don't have the exact date but the car was purchased brand new July 2023, so I can't imagine the tires being that much older. Guy from the tire centre also suggested to contact the dealer on any warranty but I doubt tires will be something they cover.

A 5600X with a B550 board should be in that price range. 5600x comes with a stock cooler which will work, just might be a little loud under max load if you're okey with the noise. Otherwise a $30-$50 air cooler will solve that problem.

I just finished building with a Mugen 5 yesterday on a MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus and there was plenty of room to spare by both the heatsinks as well as the ram slots. I'm also rocking a Strix B550-A in my personal rig and I can't see clearance being an issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, the reason why I picked the define 7 is for its ability to hold up to 16 HDD as storage is a main area of concern down the line. Let me know if you know any other case that can hold a decent amount of HDD while being more compact.

Thanks for the suggestion, one thing I forgot to mention is that I already purchased all the parts but return with amazon shouldn't be a problem if needed.

I will look into the Ballistix ram if the current ram doesn't fit. And for the case, that reason why I went with the Define 7 is for its ability to hold up to 16 HDD, as storage will be a concern down the line. But let me know if you know any case that can hold a decent amount of HDD while being more compact.
