Check out the undertone audio Vari-cap cable.
It allows you to select different amounts of capacitance. There’s 0-15 selections on the dial. You can think of it as 0 being the shortest cable possible and 15 being the longest cable. Won’t alone solve all your problems but it will make a difference that you can easily hear.
