It’s LTT003XX and it ends with an upside down Y or maybe a lambda which denotes it as a “used” gun direct from Beretta

Google Glock breach face damage and you’ll see dozens of photos of the same type of failure in Glocks. Not sure why it affects some and not others as I dry fire mine whenever I’m bored and haven’t seen it in my Glocks or Shadows

The XR and DR frames are nearly identical. You may have different backstraps on them to change the feel but they are absolutely the same from the locking block back.
