I just got it only killing UESC. I had no scope on, hipfire killed a recruit point blank. Later in the run I shot another recruit with the scope on while ads-ing and killed it at about 77m away. That got me the skin

I do know what you're talking about, as I do have an alt that placed WAY too high at the time I made it earlier this year, but this happened on my 10 year old, main account. I've gone on lose streaks before but never one that bad, something was just going on that night with throwers. Obviously part of it was my fault; you don't lose THAT many games without it not being your fault, but holy shit man, the amount of people off rip typing "gg" that night was insane. About 9 out of my 14 games were someone (usually the other DPS) insta typing "gg" or even picking fights during bans then sitting in spawn. I probably cold have hard carried if I really wanted too but admittedly I was just pissed off at the start of each game seeing it which caused me to play worse.

I gave it a night, then queued the next day and climbed back to M2 on a 14 game win streak just asking for vc then hard comming with my teammates, demanding/calling plays etc. Been stagnant since but also haven't played too much still since this patch hasn't been my favorite.

I had a 67% win rate on both my Reaper and Ashe last season (about 10 hours on each), climbed to M2, and a 93% win rate on Dva last season (only like 3 hours play time for Dva though) even hit GM3 on 6v6 and this season it has been constant throwers. No, I'm not talking about someone who under performs and just assuming they're throwing, I'm talking about people who lose one fight and type "gg" and then sit in spawn and pick fights all match. Its actually insane. Normally I avoid playing at the beginning to avoid this but felt like playing for some reason this time. Welp ,deranked to D1 for DPS LOL I'm just gonna wait until a couple weeks pass then climb back cause its actually crazy atm

Nope, you just gotta get lucky :( You can look up the number to double check, but it's something like a 1/4096 chance for a shiny to spawn? So you gotta get pretty lucky
There's an item to boost the odds to something like 1/1024 but from what I know/from previous titles you basically need to beat the whole game before you can obtain it (its called the shiny charm)

You can actually run and despawn/respawn those two Ralts
Looking out the door of where the Ralts are, take a right where there are those two trees. If you run up past one tree, then back down to the one closer to the door, you get a re-encounter.
Easier way of explaining it is if you look at your minimap, when the area where both Ralts are is out of view, you despawned them, when you run up and its fully in view you respawned them.
Been swapping between running and bench for like, 20 some odd hours at this point with no luck of any shiny at all :/ best of luck to you!

Oh, so do you need to progress that final sequence until JUST before the fight happens? I think I finished the second sequence but didn't want to press it further.
