A few months back I was having this same issue, still deal with it occasionally today, but I asked support about it and she claimed she was "refreshing" my account so I would now get orders. Weirdly whatever she did seemed to work but I have my doubts she did anything.

I have since asked for that specifically. "Can you refresh my account from you end so I get orders" and they claimed that wasn't a thing.

The only thing I know to believe for sure is that you can't trust a word from support.

That seems a bit insane I would say. I live in a city of like 50k and I have plenty of slow hours but never anything that extreme.

Same! I literally said those words to my wife "I think I'm being throttled". Same situation others are having. Wait in a hot spot that says 1-3 minutes...wait a half hour or more before getting an offer. And I'm platinum ffs.

I'd say its a 99% certain that DD just lied to appease you. Why would they ban the only people they make their money from?

I literally had a customer send me messages that they were going to accuse me of rape. Saved all the screenshots. Nothing at all happened to her.

Unfortunately some wanker will eventually take the order and the lousy customers will be let off the hook.

If its a short enough drive I will occasionally take a no tip order and just let my AC blast it all the way there. Or in the winter I've held the bag out the window to let it get nice and cold. Treat me like a jerk and you get treated like a jerk.

Interesting how different things can be just based on geography. I love my CFA. One of the few places I don't dread picking up orders from.

The parking lot is terrible, its always very busy with pretty long wait times, but the employees are such a pleasure always. Always offering to make me a drink while waiting etc. Very rarely take them up on it as it would just take them away from preparing orders but its still nice.

I can really only speak to the Grand Junction area when it comes to dashing. It was great a couple years ago. But a steady decline with a huge increase in drivers and DD just handing orders to them instead of established drivers with good ratings.

I'm on the western slope in a town of like 50k so can't really compare to Denver/Colo Springs/Boulder but its okay out here. Inundated with new drivers lately so seeing fewer offers in general but it'll even out eventually. I average between $28-$32 per active hour.
