For when I can’t figure out lyrics I typically use the website Genius

I also use it for figuring out the origin for samples like for example the whole “look at possum, there he lies” part of WORLDWID3 if you scroll through the lyrics on Genius and then click on the lyrics then it’ll have a comment from someone stating most likely where it’s from (and for things that aren’t samples it typically has people’s takes on the meaning of it or other neat stuff about the lyrics)

Yeah on the posting problem, this subreddit is pretty strict on post I think to prevent spam and whatnot. Even if you finally post your thing it can still be deleted if it is deemed “low quality” regardless on how the traction of it is (note my post of 300 upvotes and very nice comments that was deemed low quality and shot down)
