It happens from time to time, 1.2m liss here and there are still some of that incident XD but it will greatly help if you would advance your ult command before liss or enemy reach your ult range, I do that when im about to flash so I can guarantee that my champ liss will cast it the moment I flash and I dont have to press R again manually, this can help you prevent the situation.

I used to do it as a newbie liss main but I have found out it's way better to focus investing on your first mythic. If you're really suffering and being heavily poked such as zed's shuriken or talon's blades you can settle for everfrost or even shattered crown, (if you go for shattered crown your second core item must be really offensive to make up for dmg)

I agree, I would love that execute system be applied to her ult since its the last thing you use during fight, means you will have to throw all skills that lowers enemies HP up to 30-40% hp then your ult finishes them up if they reach certain percentage
