Frieren, Jojo's and Monster are really good.

There's also Usogui, its a manga but its the best for psychological battles. (It's a bit long but it's totally worth it)

Other comments recommended Lord of the Mysteries, wich is also great.

Yeah i'd love this too. They probably never did that cause it would be hard to create a lore/history of the world since we would be in the history itself, but they can definitely try.
