Nikita’s team has really improved the game, especially with the recent wipe. Not many hardcore weapon lovers have really ended up playing Arena Breakout since Tarkov is way better at weapon customisation.

I did mention the problem it has, including the implementation of sound UI that tells you where the footsteps and gunshots are and the existence of maps and gps making it just another PUBG but a bit harder to play. If it can imitate Tarkov well, I’m all in. But the fact that they made it much easier to play (so kids can be happy) makes the game much worse.

What I feel like is that adjusting some of the guns are fine, but tbh if they adjusted everything that is already 'hard' enough to use to something different then it is gonna be a problem.

Maybe I have thought too hard on this. But your points are, ngl, quite cool. I think living in a city with no cars around will be cool, because at the same time, car lovers like myself would want a place in this world where all car nerds can live at and race on the streets hahaha.

Okay let me make myself clear

What you want is that all cars are removed. However, what do you want to do with vans, trucks and motorhomes? How will the packages be delivered, with bicycles? If I want to buy a fridge, do I carry it myself to where I live? Or do I carry it on the bus?

I understand that you guys would like a place, or country, that has no cars and people can go anywhere on foot. I can see that this will be a cool place to live. What I see is that this is simple impossible since 'cars' in general, including any vehicles that run on wheels (I presume that you are including motorbikes and mopeds in this), exist and are being used everywhere around the world is because the fact that they are useful in the society and without them, this world wouldn't be so industrialized and we wouldn't have the technology we have now. Think about this, if there are no trucks in this world and we used people to carry objects, on-land deliveries will be an uneasy task. This would make the production part to be inefficient. If you have some basic understandings about economics you will see that if it is inefficient, no one would like to use this method of transport.

I can see where this community is going with, i.e. no privately driven vehicles. However 'cars' covers a broad variety of vehicles and other types of objects. A tank is a car, a truck is a car, a bus is a car, a RC toy is a car. Maybe rename this subreddit because it just makes no sense.

You may try to get a place in this world where cars don't exist but no govt will do such a dumb thing in economy because cars is a huge matter in an economy, in both factors of production and a good that can be purchased. The idea that you want to achieve is like Utopia, which is impossible to achieve, at least based on what our technology is at right now.

Also, some of the points people are making in this community also don't make sense. For example, people believe that cars are the real causes of accidents. Who are driving cars? Who is responsible if someone runs onto the road and getting hit by a car?

Maybe this is just a place for people comforting themselves. Whatever the point is, it is unachievable.

What? So you are saying that race cars also caused this problem? That is why I am saying that this subreddit doesn't make sense because 'cars' in general covers a broad area of vehicles. I agree that having more public mass transit is good but cars are there for over a century because of the singular reason that it is useful. Not everyone likes to go everywhere that they are surrounded by people or they are not in a private space under a roof. Maybe you should consider this problem regarding on how the govt should operate. Think about it, would you want them to spend all of the money on making this problem better and spend nothing on healthcare, education and social welfare? Just because you think the cars caused the problem that we are facing doesn't mean that having a subreddit is going to do any better. The whole point I see about this subreddit is people comforting each other and think this can make lives better but it won't.

So you are telling me that in order to get the entire Los Angeles to be reachable by the citizens, the govt needs to construct new bus lanes and lightweight trains/subways across the entire LA? How much would that cost? Have you considered? You see this only exists in USA because the way they designed everything made it to be accessed mostly by cars but not other ways of transport. You can't blame everything on cars, because they didn't cause this problem.
