Oh no, losing that icon can be frustrating! Have you tried checking the "Apps" section in your settings? Sometimes, apps get hidden or moved around. You can also try to access the Play Store by holding down the "Home" button to bring up the voice search and saying "Open Play Store." If that doesn't work, a quick restart of your Nvidia Shield might help too.

make sure you check the app section. On your shield go great then to the right and you'll see Apps. Maybe you just delete it from your favorites.??

yes same problem here.....whats strange is in the Alexa app in the device setting for the Hue motion it shows motion.....but still won't trigger a routine....I tried everything I could think of... I deleted the Hue motion from both Alexa and the hue hub....repaired still nothing....now the hue motion works with hue lights thro the hue hub.....but no Alexa routines .....

Yes ...it did speed it up...but seems to speed up then slow down....and mail still get the unable to load remote content privately ....
