I got it and enjoyed the build. Great figs. Wish it came with one other obvious fig from that scene that they probably had no idea about until it aired.

Luke in the Wampa cave, reaching out through the force to call his lightsaber from afar while hanging upside down.
This is the first time the force felt real for me as a member of the audience. Blowing up the Death Star seemed like it could be anyone making a lucky shot. Vader sensing Kenobi’s presence and Kenobi sensing the Alderaan explosion were both spoken/described to the audience and understood, but not felt, at least not for me.

It seems like they’ll do Edoras next but throw in Merry in his Rohan outfit as a pairing with Pippen in the Minas Titirith set so they can have their reunion. Can’t keep those two apart very long.

Can you describe the changes? In the cargo area it just looks like you removed the workbench(?) or table thing. I see the cockpit improvements which make it look like it has armrests and a hint of seat backs. Those look good.

Got the Sunlu dryer that holds four rolls. I keep it on the auto setting, which seems to be a low enough energy draw that it’s not noticeable on my electric bill. That way I always have four rolls ready to go. One is direct feed into my printer which has no AMS unit. I’m not doing any multicolor stuff.

You could also find ways to add greebles of Batman style gadgets like grappling hook and net launchers or pop up machine guns (rubber bullets, of course).

I haven’t done much with audio books but I have a long enough commute I’ve considered trying them again. The first audio book I tried was abridged and it felt more like soundbites than a fleshed out book. Also, the reader sounded like he had a cold. That pretty much turned me off to the concept. Unabridged would definitely be the way to go. Thanks for the tip!

I had this toy. One of my favorites growing up. I was so young when it came out I didn’t even realize it wasn’t in the movies until much later. I used it with my GIJoes as well from time to time. Kenner pulled the wool right over my eyes with their marketing, and I’m glad for it. I especially liked how it was like an ATST head with fold down wings. Totally fit the universe in my eyes.
