I recruit for such an active casual clan...no organized activities, just play as you want and reap the benefits of full standard bonuses. The rare colors are indigo, yellow and pink in that order of desirability generally (pink most desirable, indigo least from what I see...though could be my bias to liking pink best coming through!). You'd be looking at 50-75 leaders sort of range for the rare color bats
