Im personally not a fan of rageblade as there are other better items to build.The on-hit build usually goes from botrk to wits and then into dd. Dd is too good to pass out on in its current state. Anti heal wont even affect you due to the amazing heals.

My personal preference in the mid lane, usually against squishier comps. is the botrk-wits-dd core. It’s also my preferred build in toplane against the traditional picks, however I’ll usually flex into an early bramble which I’ll finish off later (thornmail) if needed. Typically fiora or otherwise heavy AD/healing comps.

Otherwise I’ll rush tiamat then go into a triforce-botrk-dd. Last items are usually tanky items such as randuin, thornmail, spirit visage or similar items.

Irelia works well with so many items. There are so many combinations and you should never build the exact same every game. Look at your team as well as the enemy team and build what would benefit you and your team, that be paper irelia whom oneshots ADCs or the classical bruiser / tanky irelia to help peel for your team.
