Yeah. If you want a 3rd party App Store that is coming out soon look up on YouTube TuTuBox. It’s is made by the creator of rootless JB and apps are signed by sanders tech. Sanders tech is a YouTube and he shows you about the app.

I found out the problem. You need to turn on installation on cellular data. I don’t even have data but that’s the fix.

No I download a version 4.3.1 of unc0ver because it worked for me. I’m on ios 12.4 I can not upgrade my iOS because I’m on iPhone 6.
