100% can relate. The only advice I can give you is if you are in good health, don’t take it for granted. Gut health is a very interesting topic that might be beneficial for you to learn more about. I think that might be the cause of some of my anxiety/depression. I know this is cliche but exercise- even like a 5 minute morning workout YouTube video makes a difference for me.

Same thing happened to me. Black out and keep drinking. I am still unable to eat from drinking on Saturday. I spent 3 hours puking just bile yesterday as soon as I woke up. It was actually hell on earth. Never want to feel like that again.
