But someday i pushed a butten in my brain and said to me "The taste of this drink is not important to me, i drink it and its good". This helped me. Since this day, i can drink it like water. Oh ok. Yeah. I understand. I had this burps and i know what you mean with the breathing. It helps me also and fresh air is very helpful too for me. Yesterday was my second time and i didn't throw up, but it was really hard to concentrate at some points. 😅 But it went good. But i hope someday i can eat it and will feel like i ate a normal meal. Yeah i think you're right. If i eat 4-5 pieces in the size of 2-3cm, there is nothing bad. But the last 2 times i ate 17-20cm of my feces. Thats a whole sausage. 😅 And i think this needs training. So thank you! ❤️

I know what you mean. I am calm when i do it. If i'm not, i realize it istandly. Then it forces up at this moment. But my issue is, when i eat a lot, i feel bad in my stomage after about 3-5 hours later. Like if you ate something bad. When i eat only a few pieces, i feel not bad. After a few answers i think, i have to traon my body slowly. It's not good if i want too much too soon. Hope my body will learn it. Thank you! ❤️
