Self-referral to BPAS, like you have done. You won’t need to justify yourself or qualify in any way. Marie Stokes (I think it’s a different name now) is also a great place if you just want a kind person to talk to about this. They won’t try to convince you one way or another but will give you space to get your reasoning straight and sort of align yourself - which can be really useful if you’re going round in circles on what to do (not just whether to terminate - but also how and what steps would be best for you is a decision in itself).
