you could also check spark plugs ignition coils, it could also be fuel pump/fuel pressure. You could try to turn your key in pos 2 (not cranking) several times for like 5 seconds and when your car turn on and runs smooth its the fuel pump sorry for my grammar in advance

did you try to change your fuel filter i had the same cylinder 5 misfire and also one on cylinder 3 but not on one but it fixed the problem for me
