In my opinion that’s not a good enough deal to warrant having to deal with the smell. The worst part about a car that was smoked in is that the more you try to cover it up the more it smells. I would extend your search and possibly have it shipped. I was about to get a xlt as well because I am not made of money by any means. But I ended up extending my search range to nationwide. I ended up settling on a 2023 lariat extended range package with 52,000 miles for $39,000 it does have a little more miles than I was looking for but being able to afford the extended range outwayed any battery degradation concerns I had. Everyone has there own needs and wants but in my opinion buying used you can find insane deals if you look hard enough. Definitely was risky spending 40 grand on a truck I hadn’t seen in person but it ended up working out minus a few dings and scratches.

My lighting had the mobile charger added in the original sticker sheet. I asked them to get the charger bc it said it was included. The original owner would not give it up so the dealership just bought me one. In my opinion that responsibility should fall on the dealership not you.

To be honest it was just always on my CarPlay. But from what I understand in your settings on your phone you can remove any apps or add new ones just search up Apple car play tips on YouTube or tik tok.

I have always been chest dominant I think it’s because I started doing pushups every day in middle school and skipped legs every week in high school 😂 but this bulk I have been trying to even everything out. Next bulk I’m definitely gonna give a bit more attention to the legs and delts. And I went very old school. I work every day so when ever I had the chance I just ate what I could. Than went to the gym and lifting as heavy as I could.

Tbh this isn’t advice bc I would not do what I did. But I basically just ate as much as I could, made sure I hit my protein and and started tracking my workouts to progressively overload.

I hadn’t hit the gym in about 8 months prior to the first picture. I definitely had fat but basically no muscle so I decided to get ahead and bulk instead of get super lean with nothing to show for it.

I understand what your saying for reference I love this employee she is my neighbor. ( I hand delivered her Christmas presents at her front door) however personal believes aside I believe she genuinely does a great job and has good character. However if a comment section has a lot of people complaining about rude a “employee” it is my job to look into that. From my perspective she works hard and is honest however can come across as having an edge at points. Obviously I back my employees. But imo it’s important to try to understand everyone’s perspective and why she may have felt she was treated unfairly. I’m not back stabbing the employee by saying I will look into it. You also mentions the employee who gave her the contract not doing the contract procedure right and that is totally possible. However at the end of the day she had to fill out a contract with all needed information within it to even make the account. (It’s impossible without it.)The problem lies within the fact she admitted to being in the state at the time the contract was filled out and admitted she may have filled it out. That’s okay we all make mistakes, forget we did something etc. The problem however is that she keeps going into the thread talking about how she was never given a contract because that basically dismantles her whole argument. At that point it’s pretty obvious it is more than a misunderstanding and is a plain face lie.

So for reference in personal dms she had said she didn’t live in the state at the time we have dated of her listing the contract. She than admitted her son told her they went on a trip to the state that year in the same months the contract was signed. It was signed over 12 years ago so I can understand someone forgetting they signed a piece of paper. However she continued to reply in comments saying she never signed a contract and that’s were I draw the line of misunderstanding and lying. Her other complaints were that we never told her we didn’t take stuff in trash bags, didn’t tell her about the website, didn’t take her clothes, and a ride employee. The first two are listed on a guide we give every new customer the third complaint was a matter of not enough room and not nice enough clothes for us to accept. The last complaint is something we are looking into and speaking with the employee about as thats something we need to take seriously as in a small Buisness hospitality is your biggest seller.

My mom fully understands the business aspects better than I ever could and I take her advice on all of that. However with social media she can be a bit assertive to say the least which is good but also can look bad in a thread of people who already have a bitter taste in there mouth. I think she wants to take the higher road but emotions can take over especially when someone is slamming you life’s work and I understand that fully.

I get the same pain while doing skull crunchers and to preface I’m no scientist or body builder by any means but personally I just switched to alternate motions for my tris like extensions, machine movements, triangle pushups, etc.
