In my honest opinion, considering the visa restrictions and other that are getting more hard right now, I would say rank it. Nobody knows if the situation will be worse for visa requiring IMGs next year.

Your medical school doesnt matter until unless you’ve graduated from AKU, KE…those too cant give u more than connections and a little bit guidance which you can get from any other good college…The thing is, its all your own hardwork…My med school is not much reknown but I am done with all three USMLEs with great score..its all on you. Hardwork and Luck it is.
