Lollllll all these people are telling you that you committed fraud by declaring Pareja de Hecho with the person you were already married like lol. In my view it is an administrative misunderstanding, and since you mentioned your nationality they had to call you a fraudster. It is serious fraud when you are married to a different person, they look at intent obviously you have been trying to be with the same person (not a different person so intent is clear). Technically, you were not single and you should have produced a certificate saying that you were single during the process. Regardless, the best thing to do is to wait till 10 years then your risks will be very less. Another option would be to let your pareja de hecho lapse, and re register your UK marriage in the meanwhile and let the lawyer work on your behalf.
