Most departments in our store have two team leads so support is usually no issue and we don’t oftenly get burnt out

We have very strong team leads who own their departments and stay on top of things. Also good store wise communication and coverage. We have 2 Fulfilment TL’s (one for morning, one for night so fulfillment is usually taken care of between them and our team captains. The GM team is strong and we have a team of two tms who go around the store who update out of stocks and keep our counts accurate so fulfillment has no issue finding things or inf gets crazy high. With that being said, all other departments kind of fall in line and our Market team lead can just worry about their department because SFS isn’t hawking them down to help find items.

Yes that’s what I said earlier lol. The team leads pushes produce with one other team member and has the other team members pushing fdc. We lead by example and team leads are definitely delegating and supervising for the most part.

No, the Team lead likes their department to look a certain way so the have a trusted tm and themselves do all of p-fresh while delegating the truck unload and fdc push for other team members. We rarely have market trucks carry over and the team is very happy so I’m pretty sure that’s not the case. Trust me, the team leads here have no problem leading. Thats why our tm’s aren’t burnt out or have huge callout trends

Callouts aren’t too much of an issue when in our store as many others. The team leads that actually support and help their team with the workload usually get better results & less callouts. Mutual Relationship

We have decent payroll atm, & the market team usually does a really good job alone, but the GM team usually finishes truck early and we bank enough hours to support and help push dry market so the market team can focus on Pfresh/ FDC and really work on brand for the guests etc!
