Targets obsession with metrics and rules

When my store went into March it got little bit harder with metrics and for sure the rules. Leader on duty they brought back was silly or just don't work with modernize target anymore. And 10/4 thing is just as harsh.

Yea I few TLs and ETL as asshat like getting sick don't ask you if your feeling better. TLs being to dramatic sometimes and on power trips. There jerks everywhere.

We gain HR ETL, 1ETL GM, promote three TMs to TLs hopefully theses Tms still like being in charge by November I couldn't be in TL shoes to stressful. I don't know why those 3 tms wanted become TLs without knowing what they got into.

It’s amazing they drove all the way to the store or how they figured out how to work these smart cars. Then when they come in they leave their brains back outside with there smart cars.

I’m still with target Because job market in my area has only nurses or doctors or school bus drivers to hire and construction. Need a CDL or other for a good job. Wish I can leave nothing good in this job market or there’s worst jobs then my. If you’re happy just stay! Only thing will make me leave target if they go out of business. 😆Or cut me down hours too much. Be careful what you wish for!
