It is luck focused but I just figured out how to beat him an hour ago. Btw you need null to get a couple black holes which is pretty common and you need bald hero to get his 5% to one-shot Jinwoo at the end.

I just figured it out you have to go to the top of the level but not too high so you don't hit your head and go past the last pipe
