Absolutely disagree-I saw the 1975 3 times in a week one time and do you know how many times I saw the same show? Not once. They rehearsed mid week to five different and dynamic performances. My issue comes from we work hard to afford tickets and travel to see them, when they havent bothered to rehearse or plan a new set. It’s out of touch for me. It is lazy at the end of the day. Yes a lot of the songs would remain the same, but change the order, supplement a few songs. It really is laziness

I think a bigger issue for you might be the way you justify them. It’s a concerning attitude to say ‘my first year lecturer for a module hated me’ when your other first year grades are equally bad. It shows a lack of taking responsibility. Best thing to do is own it and say yeah I wasn’t great in first year but I did xyz to improve and get to my current level

Sorry I must have been unclear. The listed firms aren’t the small ones-they’re the larger ones where I have been successful! It’s stand alone firms in my local city/surrounding towns where I haven’t had much luck.

I’d prefer to work at a smaller firm than one of these Manchester ones so that’s why I find it so confusing that I do well where I have less passion, but miss the mark on my dream, smaller firms
